LG.Philips announced that they develop new 100-inch TFT-LCD panel, currenly largest LCD available (82-inches), similar in size to the largest plasma display panel (PDP). It’s a wide screen (16:9) with a screen width and height of about 2.2m and 1.2m, with a response speed of 5ms. LG.Philips is claiming a resolution of 6.22 million pixels, 3000:1 contrast ratio, color reproduction of 92 percent,and an omni-directional, 180-degree viewing angle.
Other big size LCD for your entertainment? the price? still not available, more than 5k I think.

This is bad news for play station fans , that sony will delayed launching their PS3, the new genaration consul game.
In the United States personally, the launching PS3 this the possibility will be postponed to the end of 2006.Whereas in Japan, will be postponed till July 2006. In fact, beforehand Sony planned to launch this equipment to this March. To be known, since 2000 Sony sold more than 90 million consuls PlayStation 2.
But apparently the Sony plan to scoop up many profits from PS2 did not go smooth.
