Panasonic invited us today to the launch of 6 new cameras. The Japanese manufacturer wanted especially to promote 2 models. The Lumix FX30 is a product targeted to young women in their 20-25, while the TZ30 is targeted to people above 50. According to a Panasonic study, it seems these two targets are getting more active on the camera market, so cameras were designed especially for them.
The FX30 offers the MEGA O.I.S (an image stabilizer), 7.2Mpix, ISO3200, wide angle (28mm), 27MB of internal memory, 16/9 video recording capabilities (848×480), and a 3.6x optical zoom. The TZ30 for grandpa and grandma also offers the MEGA O.I.S (kinda required), wide angle (28mm), 7.2Mpix, ISO3200, a 10x optical zoom, 16/9 video recording capabilities and 12.7MB of internal memory.
Models FS1 (6Mpix, ISO3200, 3x optical zoom), LZ7 (7.2Mpix, ISO3200, 6x optical zoom), LS75 (6Mpix, ISO3200, 3x optical zoom) and FZ8 (7.2Mpix, ISO3200, 12x optical zoom) were also presented.

This latest “Speedy Gonzales†wireless Buffalo router and the Airstation NFINITI Giga card are designed for top speed. Based on the IEEE 802.11n standard, this router is theoretically capable of reaching 144Mbps. It also offers Gigabit Ethernet for wired clients. To benefit from such speeds, you must have a compatible PC or the right PCMCIA card (as shown here).
PS: Don’t you think this router resembles an RC helicopter??
